The incident is reported to take place in Chennai where a large number of people have dropped into the house of Nithyasree to check out her husband's health status.

Nithyasree Mahadevan was appointed to perform at various locations in Chennai in order the engulf the event. He said that Nithyasree's husband called him off the car near Kotturpuram bridge over river Adyar. He then suddenly jumped off from the bridge after everyone followed the lane to saviour his life.
