The Grand Finale between India and Pakistan for the musical crown went tougher and tougher as the race for the final event was on the cards. Team India had two contestants namely - Diljaan and Yashraj from their sides, and on the other hand, Team Pakistan held two namely - Mulazim Hussain and Nabeel Shaukat Ali. All the four contestants were to pass through the initial rounds of the singing competition to reach the final round of the crown.
In the eliminator stage, both teams had to pick up one odd contestant to move forward for the next round, so the eliminator round was employed for both of them. It started with team India where Diljaan outclassed Yashraj with his inging to move forward for the trophy round (Grand finale round) of the competition. On the other hand, team Pakistan had one singer Nabeel Shaukat Ali who outclassed Mulazim to reach the final round of the knockout competition.
Now the deciding round appeared, where contestants were to sing according to judges choices of songs. So according to the choices and performance, Diljaan was completely outperformed by Nabeel of Pakistan. Soon after the deciding votes and judges score, Nabeel Shaukat Ali was declared the Winner of Sur Kshetra competition 2012.
